Abstract:The paper argues that,in addition to the enterprises and the customers,the subject of value co-creation also comprises the other stakeholders.Based on the perspective of multiple subjects,the paper analyzes the connotation and characteristics of value co-creation as well as the process mechanism of it.Through the analysis of the value co-creation occurred in different development stages of PISEN,the paper put forward the specific model of the realization process of value co-creation,which comprises company scope,common scope and customer scope
