Boundary-spanning Search,Dynamic Capabilities and Open Service Innovation Performance

Abstract:The relationship between boundary-spanning search,dynamic capabilities and open service innovation performance is studied systematically,combined with innovative search theory and dynamic capability theory.The key species of business ecosystem of network platform as the object of investigation are empirically tested,and the results show that:Boundary-spanning search embedded mode and path mode have a significant positive impact on dynamic capabilities;Boundary-spanning search embedded mode and path model not only directly affect open service innovation performance,but also indirectly affect open service innovation performance through dynamic capabilities;In different scale and regions,boundary-spanning search embedded mode and path model have different effects on dynamic capabilities and open service innovation performance,and at the same time,dynamic capabilities have different effects on open service innovation performance
