Abstract:This paper introduced the socio-technical system theory,and according to this theory,defined the new energy vehicle industry.Secondly,this paper introduced multi-level perspective model,and conducted certain amendments to this model.Then based on this model and related innovation theory,it analyzed the macro environment and own system development of traditional vehicle socio-technical system and new energy vehicle technology system.Finally,The paper drew conclusions and discussed.The paper aimed to further extend the theory of multi-level perspective,and to provide reference for policy makers,vehicle companies and investors
