Abstract：This study finds that research personnel and the amount of capital investment can improve enterprises performance;enterprise scale and shareholding exert a positive regulatory effect on the relationship between funding and performance,but it does reverse effect on the relationship between R&D personnel investment and performance.Then several proposals are suggested
