Abstract:From the practice of science and technology poverty alleviation in Yang County,we find that science and technology poverty alleviation has achieved positive results and value in many aspects,and also has some practical problems.For the reasons of threshold effect and scale preference,it is very difficult for the poor to participate in science and technology poverty alleviation work,and the non balanced allocation of the poverty alleviation resource between the rich and the poor has been formed,which brings the result that the phenomenon of poverty group and stratum solidification is more and more serious.In order to better promote science and technology poverty alleviation work,we should emphasize the pro-poor technology in poverty alleviation work,and also emphasize the social effect of science and technology poverty alleviation work,not only the economic effect.The choice of science and technology in the process of poverty alleviation must take into account the ability of the poor population and the ability to apply the technology,while we should help the poor to improve and optimize these capabilities.
