Abstract:MIT radiation Laboratory,as a large-scale cross disciplinary research laboratory in radar research during the Second World War,has a significant role in the postwar economic and scientific development of the United States.Based on the theory of non-profit organization,the Nvivo software is used to explore the relationship between the radiation laboratory and the United States federal government.The interactive relationship between the radiation laboratory and the U.S.government has a dynamic development,and ultimately the formation of the game partnership.The relationship characteristics are as follows.The radiation laboratory has received strong support from the government but remained significant folk.Radiation Laboratory accepts government controls but maintains a high degree of autonomy.The contractual relationship has been formed between radiation laboratory and the government after the game process.Competition and monopoly exists in the radiation laboratory at the same time.The advantage of the management system behind the relationship between the radiation laboratory and the government is an important guarantee for its success.
