Abstract：In the past ten years,the innovation policy system of China has been basically formed,and created a favorable environment for innovation.But there exists policy gaps in the innovation policy.In order to adapt to the development of the new situation,China's innovation policy system should be constantly improved in building a social environment to encourage innovation and stimulating the innovative activity of the whole society,to achieve the goal of building a national innovation system.
