Abstract：The paper chose the“stimulus-response”model of complex adaptive theory as the research framework,through the case analysis of the Sound Group which is a leading enterprise in the environmental protection industry,explored that entrepreneurial organization how to identify and exploit entrepreneurial opportunity through continuous insight into market in the complicated and changeable entrepreneurial environment,extracted the inner mechanisms of the complex dynamic and Interactive adaptation of entrepreneurial opportunity identification and exploitation,and constructed complex adaptive model of entrepreneurial opportunity identification and exploitation.
