Smart Government Information Ecosystem Evaluation Based on DPSIR Model

Abstract:The evaluation of smart government information ecology is a dynamic and systemic problem.In order to clarify the smart government information ecology system development process,the influence mechanism between the factors and interactions,this paper analyzed the driving force,pressure,state,influence and response factors by using the DPSIR model.Furthermore,this research used Analytic hierarchy process(AHP)method to determine the weight of each index,and form the smart of e-government information ecological development level evaluation model.And then,based on the data of China from 2011 to 2014,it calculated the evaluation results,and verified the applicability of the model.The evaluation results show that the overall realization of smart government information ecosystem in China has steadily increased year by year,and the changes of the indicators show out a certain trend and regularity.
