Abstract：Firstly，it builds the index system of evaluation on technological innovation ability of different Hightech industry.Then the improved entropy method is used to research empirically on the technological innovation abilities of 18 technological innovation industries.Meanwhile，it is found that the stronger the innovation input ability of industries such as manufacture of spacecrafts，manufacture of airplanes，manufacture of chemical medicine and manufacture of biological medicine is，the weaker productive capacity is But the weaker industries such as manufacture of computer components and parts and manufacture of entire computer has stronger innovative inductive ability.Finally，the concerning measures are put forward.
