Abstract:How to make succession success becomes an urgent practical and theoretical issue.On the premise of keeping family control,trans-generational entrepreneurship are explored to solve challenge.Based on the family level,we try to explore questions that are what,why,and how to contribute to trans-generational entrepreneurship.We apply the resource supply and management perspective to review the literatures.We find the theory gaps,put forward the new research framework “from family to firm and back to family”,and give some directions for future research to better understand the role of family in entrepreneurship and improve the practice.
