Abstract：The paper summarized theoretical foundation of the embedded pattern.It systematically and normally explained development paradigm including related embedding and unrelated embedding based on division of correlation,point embedding and mesh embedding based on the morphology of the embedding,and module embedding and knowledge network embedding based on specialized division of labor.And then,the paper compared embedded effect of the four types of regions in strategic emerging industries.Finally the paper took the marine engineering equipment industry in China as an example to deal with the application of the embedded mode and the industrial location choice
