Abstract：This paper firstly made a study of industry-university-research institute(IUR)collaboration innovation based on different foreign intervention modes including joint venture and sole proprietorship,and then discussed how different kinds of foreign intervention modes influenced IUR collaboration innovation based on the changes of property right structure.The results indicated that both joint venture and sole proprietorship could stimulate the level of local IUR collaboration innovation;While the proportion of the stated-owned assets was increasing,the level of industry-university-research collaboration innovation would be strengthened by joint venture and sole proprietorship,and this influence showed distinct difference
