Abstract:Taking My Starbucks Idea as an example,this paper discussed the contribution value of User-Generated Content(UGC)in the Open Innovation Community(OIC)to enterprise innovation from two dimensions of idea quality and user behavior.The results show that idea quality(mainly including information quality and interactive quality)has significant positive impact on UGC's contribution value,and the impact on UGC's contribution value from user behavior(mainly including innovation behavior and interaction behavior)is not significant.According to the empirical results,the quality of the UGC itself in communities,rather than user behavior,can cause more attention of enterprise employees in the process of innovation
