Abstract：In the process of opening innovation in Internet of Things(IoT) industry,knowledge flowing among enterprise,research institutes and the customer could enhance the industry's knowledge level,which can improve the innovation performance.Starting with the different phases of industrial innovation cycle,it discusses the process of trans-organizational knowledge flowing from elementary stage to advanced stage in IoT industry,analyzes the transformation mechanism of explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge.Then,three countermeasures are put forward to solve the bottleneck of trans-organizational knowledge flowing in different phase:government getting involved in pricing knowledge,enhancing the trust between enterprises and making customer participate in the innovation process
