Abstract：With the gradual integration of technological breakthrough and industry boundaries,China's economic and social development is facing the heavy task of power conversion,mode transformation and structural adjustment.In this paper,we analyzed industrial form from the perspective of historical evolution,paid attention to Science-Technology-Industry-Sociology knowledge flow inside and outside the“continuous spectrum”of the four-element of the interdisciplinary research.Based on self-organization theory to explore where vigor,efficiency and synergy value of the industrial structure's optimization and upgrading exactly come from,it summarized the general rules of internal variable,and verified the industrial upgrading of the“Force”,that is the system,of the“Flow”,that is the people.Then it put forward the different organizational structure of the relationship between the entropy and the different modes of industrial development strategy,deduced the development of China's new normal axial road
