网络多元性、在孵企业战略创业与孵化绩效

摘要本研究从网络情境下的资源拼凑理论入手,解读网络多元性与战略创业行为,并遵循“资源-行为-绩效”的研究范式,构建网络多元性、在孵企业战略创业与孵化绩效之间的理论模型。通过结构方程模型和多重中介效应分析进行实证检验,结果显示,网络多元性对在孵企业孵化绩效具有正向作用,在孵企业战略创业行为在网络多元性与在孵企业孵化绩效中起到部分中介作用。

Abstract：The paper explains the network diversity and incubated enterprise strategy entrepreneurship from the perspective of bricolage theory under network situation.Following “Resources-Behavior-Performance”framework,this paper constructs a theory model among network diversity,incubated enterprise strategy entrepreneurship and incubation performance.Then through SEM and multiple mediation effect analysis to empirical test,it finds that network diversity has a positive effect on the incubated enterprise incubation performance;the two dimensions of the strategy entrepreneurship mediate network diversity and incubated enterprise incubation performance
