Abstract：Accelerating tech-transfer,which has great influences on strengthening combination of technology and science,and enhancing international competitiveness.But now,scientific bodies lack enthusiasm on tech-transfer,which makes the effect unsatisfying.This study analyzed the laws of tech-transfer and employee's invention in UK,USA,Japan,Germany and Israel.It mainly included proprietary rights and income sharing from tech-transfer.Then,it compared them with Chinese tech-transfer and employee invention laws,and pointed out the major problems existing in Chinese laws.Finally,it drew on their excellent experience,and proposed some suggestions for accelerating tech-transfer
