Abstract:Based on the regional panel data from 2009 to 2014,the regional industry-university-research institute(IUR) cooperation innovation efficiency was evaluated by using the stochastic frontier model,and the efficiency influential factors were investigated.The empirical results show that IUR collaboration efficiency as a whole is in the medium level in China,and there is big improvement space.The inefficiency effect factors have a greater influence on the efficiency of cooperation:government funding and ownership structure have significant negative impact;the initial cooperation resources and the geographical location have significant positive influence.Regional differentiation is obvious,high and the higher efficiency area is concentrated in eastern coastal province,the east cooperative efficiency is higher than the middle and west,inner-province cooperation relatively close,cross-province cooperation less,the efficiency low
