Abstract：High-end science and technology think tanks are important parts of new types of think tanks with Chinese characteristics.The successful management experience of foreign high-end science and technology think tanks will enlighten the development of China‘s high-end science and technology think tanks.With literature review and the case study method,this paper compared 6 foreign high-end science and technology think tanks in terms of their managerial structure,project management and financial resources.According to the needs of China‘s high-end science and technology think tanks,this paper put forward some suggestions from aspects of study quality,independence and influence
