Abstract：Regulation plays an important role in innovation,a process which transfers research and development into products and services so as to realize the economic value in the market.This paper analyzes EU innovation-driven regulation reforms,including establishing an innovation-friendly regulatory framework,exploring innovation deals to stimulate innovation and proposing some forward looking considerations for emerging technologies.In the end,this paper comes up with some enlightenments to China based on EU practices
