创新生态系统演进中的NMSI模型与案例

摘要本文基于生态位视角,以沈阳市浑南国际新兴产业园IC装备产业为研究对象,通过扎根理论对案例资料进行编码分析,发现并构建了创新生态系统演进的NMSI模型。该模型揭示了创新生态系统通过“生态位定位—生态位共生—生态位跃迁—生态位整合”四个关键阶段实现从单一模式向复合模式的演进。同时,外部支持、适应性行为、组织变革和动态能力等因素分别在四个关键阶段中决定了模型的有效性。最后,结合当前新兴产业发展实践提出了相关政策建议。

Abstract：The paper is based on the perspective of niche,and takes the IC equipment industry of Hunnan International Emerging Industry Park in Shenyang as the research object.It uses Grounded Theory to encode the case data and sets up the NMSI model of innovation ecosystem evolution.The model reveals that four key stages of “niche—mutualism—shift—integration” promote the innovation ecosystem evolution from single model to complex model.Meanwhile,the effectiveness of the model is determined by some factors,such as external support,adaptive behaviors,organizational change and dynamic capabilities in the four key stages.Finally,some relevant policy suggestions are put forward based on the practice of current development of emerging industries
