Abstract:The collaborative innovation of generic technology is of vital importance for the industries rapid development.It systematically analyzes that the structure and motivation of industrial generic technology collaborate innovation is beneficial for promoting industries innovation efficiency.This paper starts with the framework of triple helix pattern,and studies the structure elements of industrial generic technology.It analyzes the dynamic factors in each stage of triple helix model.It also discusses the cooperation pattern and the utilization of resources in each stage of triple helix.It draws the triple helix model of spatial structure and dynamic factors of industry generic technology collaborate innovation and puts it into practice by comparing the bio-medical industries amony Chengdu,Deyang and Mianyang
