Development Strategy of China's Technology Transfer Organizations ——From Capability Upgrading Perspective

Abstract:Technology transfer is the weak part of China's national innovation system.The development of technology transfer organizations is directly related to the implementation of technology transfer.This paper divides technology transfer organizations into three types from capability upgrading perspective:transaction service type,technology incubation type and resource integration type.Those three types format the capability upgrading path of technology transfer organization.The demand of capability upgrading comes from the attributes of technology itself and the attributes of the process of technology transfer.Lack of capability is the core problem of China's technology transfer organizations.The upgrading of capability is the essence of the development strategy for China's technology transfer organizations.
