Abstract：The technology trading platform plays an important role in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.In recent years there emerge a batch of technology trading service platform at home and abroad which have different construction patterns and diversified profit patterns.Through the in-depth analysis of international and domestic technology trading platform model,typical characteristics and its existing problems,the paper puts forward some suggestions such as constructing technology trading data,optimization of technological product pricing,using crowdsourcing model to construct technology transfer trading platform.
