Abstract：In fact,technical standard has multiple identities.First of all,its scientific attribute is technical standard.It has scientific core,belonging to natural science field.It has a strong professional attribute and strong scientific support,and is subject to the actual level of technology.Moreover,its humanism attribute is humanism standard.It has humanism background,belonging to social sciences and the humanities.Its real purpose is to serve the needs of people.Among of them,service is neutral,people is focused,need is hierarchical.Last but not the least,its legal attribute is legal standard.It has the character of law,belonging to the field of rule control,and is a kind of power technology regulation.It has formal specification,control of content and validity of binding,which has a broad and profound impact for both social and personal.Therefore legal research should not deliberately avoid technical standard,but to be actively concerned about it,and make it a vibrant academic oasis.
