Abstract:Taking the offshore equipment building enterprises as an example,the paper puts forward the process model of the resource reconfiguration in strategic transformation on the basis of the exploitation of resources characteristics.And it uses the survey data and AMOS 17.0 method to prove the theoretical assumptions.The results indicate that the enterprise tacitness and inertia can directly affect the process of strategic transformation.Moreover,they have the indirect influence on this transformation process by the abandoning of inner resources and the embedding of outside resources.While the dynamic resource characteristics such as the embedding of enterprise,such as structural resource,relationship resource and the resource distance,can just affect the process of enterprise transformation indirectly by the abandoning of inner resources and the embedding of outside resources.The abandoning of inner resources and the embedding of outside resources play an intermediary role on the interaction between enterprise resource characteristics and strategic transformation.
