The Influence of Inclusive Leadership on Enterprise Business Model Innovation:The Mediating Role of Error Management Climate and Employees' Improvisation

Abstract:n the basis of self-determination theory,this paper analyzed the effect of inclusive leadership on business model innovation and the mediating roles of error management climate and employees improvisation from the perspective of internal factors.The results show that inclusive leadership has a direct effect on error management climate,employees improvisation and business model innovation respectively.Error management climate mediates the relationship between inclusive leadership and employees improvisation.Inclusive leadership affects employees improvisation through error management climate,thus affecting the business model innovation.The results of this study are helpful for finding the motivation and mechanism of business model innovation in the enterprise,and provide better guidance for enterprise management practice.
