Abstract:The shipbuilding industry is one of the commanding heights in the high-end equipment manufacturing industries.Based on the production process of traditional shipbuilding industry and the characteristics of big data in shipbuilding industry,the main problems of the production process in shipbuilding industry are analyzed.Based on three big data analysis technologies,the process reengineering of traditional shipbuilding industry is analyzed from three dimensionalities:subsection load equalization,lean shipbuilding manufacturing mode and technical innovation by knowledge reasoning.The treatment scheme and difficulties are analyzed in details.According to these difficulties,the solutions are proposed.At last,the discussion about the application of big data technology used in the production process of shipbuilding industry in the future is provided.
