Abstract:With the change of the internal and external environment,the traditional enterprise cluster is in urgent need of transformation and upgrading.As the achievements of technical innovation,patents are widely used in study of technical innovation.In the paper,innovation network construction was based on management of Enterprise Patent Cooperation data.Based on the SIR epidemic model with infectious diseases,innovation in the network diffusion mechanism was studied.It is found that the innovation network based on cooperative patents has the characteristics of small world and scale free network;the speed and scale of innovation diffusion are related to the network structure,the network scale and the intensity of infection.
