Driving Factors of Low-Carbon Innovation Performance of Manufacturing Enterprises Based on the Grounded Theory

Abstract:The paper explores factors that drive low-carbon innovation performance of manufacturing enterprises to construct research framework based on deep interviews and the grounded theory.Then it puts forward three main categories of low-carbon innovation performance including external relationship quality,external environment quality and enterprise innovation ability.Results show that enterprise innovation ability is a direct driving factor of low-carbon innovation performance,including innovation decision-making ability,resource obtaining ability,technology R&D ability,flexible production ability and low-carbon supportive ability.External relationship quality and external environment quality are both direct and indirect factors of low-carbon innovation performance.And the indirect driving effects are mediated by enterprise innovation ability.
