Abstract:On the basis of the theory of organization creativity,the paper divides the organizational creativity into two dimensions and constructs the relationship model between the two-dimensional organization creativity,senior leadership styles and corporate mainstream and new stream innovation.Then it uses the structural equation model to validate the 163 valid enterprise questionnaires.It concludes that the adaptive leadership impacts organizational creativity and corporate mainstream innovation directly and positively,while impacting new stream innovation indirectly;the bounded delegation leadership impacts conventional organizational creativity,unconventional organizational creativity and mainstream innovation directly and positively;unconventional organizational creativity plays complete intermediary role between the bounded delegation leadership and corporate mainstream innovation; conventional organizational creativity plays partial intermediary role between the bounded delegation leadership and mainstream innovation, and so it does between adaptive leadership and mainstream innovation.
